A stable door from the kitchen leads out on to an enclosed patio garden, at the rear of the cottage, where the morning sun can be enjoyed.

The easy level walk to the "front" with it's long beach, takes you along the town's babbling brook and through the lovely gardens of The Lawn.

And there is, of course, a large selection of games, puzzles and books, as well as videos, to enjoy should there be an inclement day!
